CUPE is a strong and democratic union that seeks to improve the quality of life for over 700 000 workers across Canada. People working together to have a stronger collective voice is the foundation of CUPE.
CUPE Local 4392 proudly represents over 400 Direct Support Professionals who work at Community Living Guelph Wellington. Our members proudly support over 500 adults with a developmental disability with residential and day supports, employment options, passports and maintenance to enrich and enhance their lives. Our service area includes all of Wellington County.
